Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 14 years 2. Patients undergoing select ear surgeries like Tympanoplasty, Mastoidectomy and Myringotomy with or without Grommet insertion between July 2024 to December 2026 3. Child is able to perform cognitive function tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mixed hearing loss/sensory neural hearing loss (SNHL). 2. Complicated CSOM 3. Presence of neuro-psychological disorders 4. Revision surgery 5. Syndromic condition 6. Caretakers not giving consent
