Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis with X- ray changes Age group 20 to 50 years. Subjects belonging to both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious complicated systemic illness. Those under other medications Patients with severe deformities and congenital structural abnormalities Pregnant and lactating women Patient with history of trauma or any surgical procedure. NDI Score above 35 Cases showing symptoms of calcium and vitamin D deficiency
