Intervention1: Onset of action with 4% Articaine: administration of 1ml of 4% Articaine one time in the buccal vestibular mucosa by infiltration of 60 secs and recording buccal and palatal mucosa onse

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children of age 6 to 10 years. 2.Teeth requiring LA administration for treatment. 3.Children willing to participate in the study with signed consent from parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participation in another trial. 2.Children with systemic problems and special health care needs. 3.Children requiring emergency dental treatments.
