Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Clients diagnosed with alcohol dependence according to ICD 11 criteria -Able to read and write in Kannada language -Patients who score more than 24 in Hindi Mental Status Examination -CGI score less than 3 -Client need to be a paid employee
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients those who don’t give consent to participate in the study. -Participants with unemployment. Patients with uncontrolled comorbid physical illness ( chronic diseases like arthritis, gastro intestinal conditions, musculoskeletal problems, chronic kidney diseases, heart related problems ) Patients with the history of head injury, epilepsy and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Patients with the history of any comorbid syndromal psychiatric disorders.
