Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of single bone fracture with good general condition. 2 Irrespective of sex 3. Patients of fractures between age of 18 years to 70 years. 4. Able to communicate adequately with investigator and to comply with the requirements for the entire study. 5. Capable and freely willing to provide written informed consent prior to participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of multiple fractures, open fractures, fractures with dislocation and who requires acute medical care and surgical intervention 2. Pregnant and lactating woman. 3. Patients of fracture age below 18 years and above 70 years 4. Patients of any systemic disorders, Diabetes mellitus, malignancy and immune compressive condition. 5. Patients with history of Thyroid dysfunction and calcium disorder. 6. Patients on Steroids, oral contraceptive pills. 7. Non cooperative patients.
