Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adults diagnosed with primary uncomplicated inguinal Hernia and planned for Elective Mesh Repair.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who belong to ASA grade 4 and above. 2. Patients with previous history of abdominal and pelvic surgery. 3.Patients with BMI more than 35
