Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders age group of 20 to 40 years Frequent headaches with asthenopia Score 30 to 40 on asthenopia questionnaire Participants with refractive error of plus 1 to minus 1 Computer user for 2hrs per day for 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Headache associated with fever Headaches of other type such as Migraine, tension type headache, cervicogenic headache Prior refractive surgery Systemic illness Other conditions like cranial tumors, meningitis, sub arachnoid haemorrhage Ocular pathologies like glaucoma, cataract Ongoing pharmacology treatment
