Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI of 19-29 kg/m2. Students with menstrual cycle of 24-35 days for past 6 months without any pelvic pathology. Students with pain intensity of at least 4/10 in NPRS during first day of menstruation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with any pelvic disease such as endometriosis, myoma, pelvic inflammatory disease, poly cystic ovary disease. Students using analgesics, oral contraceptives, hormonal replacement therapy at least for consecutive 3 months. Students with menorrhagia or oligomenorrhea. Students with regular exercise history. History of smoking and alcoholism.

WaLLID scoreTimepoint: WaLLID score will be collected at baseline then after the intervention on 2nd day of menstruation, at the 1st month, 2nd month and 3rd month.
