Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals above 70 years of age and either ser. 2. Individual with no major or chronic disorders will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals below 70 years of age. 2.Individuals with physical disabilities 3.Individuals with major bone fractures leading to length abnormalities. 4.Individual who underwent amputation surgeries.
