Inclusion criteria: 1 The Patients presenting sign and symptoms of adhimantha (ocular hypertension) 2 Age group 40 to 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnancy 2 Known case of Sjogrens syndrome 3 Known case of Acute Congestive Glaucoma 4 Known case of Acute Anterior Uveitis
