Intervention1: Ibuprofen 400mg - Oral Premedication: Oral premedication with Tab Ibuprofen 400mg one hour before injecting 2% lignocaine 1:100000 for inferior alveolar nerve block /buccal infiltration

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged between 8 to 15 years and falling under class 1 as per the ASA Classification system. 2. Mandibular 1st and 2nd molar with symptoms of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis 3. Moderate to severe pain 4. Prolonged response to cold test after removing Endo ice-cold spray stimuli. 5. Roots without periapical radiolucency and any periodontal ligament space alterations were evaluated radiographically. 6. Willing to participate in the present trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient taking any NSAIDs preoperatively. 2. Patient with known allergy to LA or any of its constituents. 3. The patient is not willing to participate in the present trial.

To evaluate and compare the effect of oral premedication with a 400 mg Ibuprofen tablet in addition to an inferior alveolar nerve block in terms of pain during access opening in hypo mineralized molars affected with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis in children aged 8 to 15. Timepoint: 1. To assess and evaluate the onset of pulpal anesthesia using electric pulp testing after 15 minutes of administration of local anesthesia. 2. To compare the pain experienced during the procedure with the baseline pain scores. 3. To compare and evaluate the pain scores at three different time intervals: baseline, during the procedure, and post-operative.
