Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study inclusion criteria includes second-year postgraduate clinical psychology students from age range 21 to 30 years comprising of both male and female participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of the study excludes -Individuals with any mental health conditions (Mood, anxiety and psychotic disorders) through mini self-report screen. -Postgraduate (PG) students who extend their course durations due to academic backlogs. -Postgraduate students from the Department of Clinical Psychology, MCHP, Manipal would be excluded from the study.
