Interventions

Intervention1: Low level Laser 980nm: After surgical extraction of mandibular third molar, administration of Low level Laser will be applied at four sites of the gingival mucosa around extracted site

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)American Society of Anesthesiologists status I patients requiring extraction of the lower third molar completely bony impacted 2) Patient having bilateral symmetrical impacted teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant and lactating women 2)Patients on anticoagulant therapy 3)Use of any antibiotic or anti-inflammatory drug within 2 weeks of study entry 4)Patients with history of peptic ulcer disease/GI bleed 5)Dexamethasone allergy
