Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria based on 2020 ACR - EULAR classification criteria for Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients of 20 - 70 years of age group irrespective of sex, occupation, religion Patients with Amavata lakshana will be included Rheumatoid Arthritis patients admitted to KLE Ayurveda Hospital who are under going Vaitarana Basti in Yogabasti pattern will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with chronicity of more than 10 years Patient with severe crippling deformity Patient of Severe hypertension Patient with uncontrolled DM Patient having neoplasm of the spine, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, traumatic arthritis, pyogenic osteomyelitis pregnant and lactating women

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the add-on effect of Ayurveda diet protocol in Amavata w.s.r to Rheumatoid arthritis assessed through Pain Visual Analogue Scale P-VAS and DAS 28.Timepoint: 10 days for each patient

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the add-on effect of the Ayurveda diet protocol with the non-dietary intervention group assessed through Complete blood count, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, C-reactive protein, and RA Titre. To compare the add-on effect of the Ayurveda diet protocol with the non-dietary intervention group assessed through Quality of life (WHOQOLBREF).Timepoint: Each patient 10 days
