Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients during pre-pubertal and pubertal growth spurt as indicated by cervical vertebral maturation index. Class II molar relationship with mandibular retrusion (ANB angle between 4 to 7 degree) SNB angle less than 80 degree, overjet between 5 to 10 mm. Average mandibular plane angle Patients with retrognathic mandible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: IMPA greater than 102 degree Class II subdivision cases. Class II with prognathic maxilla and orthognathic mandible. Medical history of respiratory problem or upper airway surgery. Syndromic or craniofacial anomaly Missing teeth (excluding third molar) Presence of functional shift or dual bite Class I or class III molar relationship.
