Intervention1: Individualized Homeopathic Medicine.: An Individualized homeopathic medicine of potency 30,200 or 1 M to be given in BD, TDS or frequent repetition as per need, follow up is to be done

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with ACR criteria of Fibromyalgia or pre-diagnosed cases. All socioeconomic classes Patients who are ready to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from metabolic disorder Irregular follow ups & early dropout patients. Patient is suffering from autoimmune diseases. Pregnant & lactating Women

Measure	Time frame
the primary objective of this study is to assess the outcome in cases of fibromyalgia by using Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire before & after treatment. A Modified ACR Diagnostic Criteria for Fibromyalgia is to be used for diagnostic purpose in patient for enrollement.A patient meets the diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia if the following 3 conditions are met: 1a. The WPI score (Part 1) is greater than or equal to 7 AND the SS score (Part 2a & b) is greater than or equal to 5 OR 1b. The WPI score (Part 1) is from 3 to 6 AND the SS score (Part 2a & b) is greater than or equal to 9. 2.Symptoms have been present at a similar level for at least 3 months. 3.You do not have a disorder that would otherwise explain the pain. while REVISED FIBROMYALGIA IMPACT QUESTIONNAIRE (FIQR) is to be used for assessment of follow ups and final out comes. Timepoint: follow up to be done after 15 days, Assesement to be done every month for next three month from first visit.	—
