Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with non-union of long bones who are ready for ilizarov surgery 2.Age between 18 to 60 yrs. 3.Patients who give consent for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with initial neurovascular injury 2.Patients with non-union involving intra-articular region. 3.Patients with severe peripheral vascular disease. 4.Patients with presence of any hormonal or mental disorder 5.Patients with co-morbid conditions like severely deranged liver or renal functions or uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension
