Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with age 60 or above Both gender included Individuals with montreal cognitive assessment 26 or more Independent ambulatory without assistance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological and musculoskeletal conditions restricting ambulation Dermatological conditions Cardiac condition Non cooperative patient International fall efficacy score more than 40 score
