Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pts belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II ?Pt scheduled for upper extremity bone surgeries, ?Pt undergoing below the elbow under SCBPB,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate, ?with history of allergy to LA drugs ? Patient with evidence of coagulopathy, ? neurological deficit, ? infection at supraclavicular fossa, ? respiratory compromise or difficult sonoanatomy were excluded. ?A consecutive sampling technique was employed.

Onset of actionTimepoint: After giving block onset will be assessed every 3 minutes till onset of sensory blockade

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Duration of actionTimepoint: Time till patient complains of pain .Patients will be questioned every 30 minutes once for pain sensation postoperatively
