Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient fulfilling classical lakshanas according to madh sthoulya 2.Sthoulya Patient without any systemic disorder 3.Patient will be selected irrespective of gender 4.Those who are fit for virechan procedure 5.Age group 18 to 50 yrs 6.BMI more than 25 and less than 40 Patient presentin symptoms of sthoulya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI more than 40, less than 25 2.Any fatal and emaciated disease 3.Pregnant and lactating women 4.Obesity due to secondary cause like hypothyroidism, etc 5.Those who are not fit for virechan procedure
