Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Student at Jashore University of Science and Technology. 2. Subject that has already been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and stress. 3. They own a smart phone, and within this phone, installed a Google Fit app that counts the daily activity, like footstep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not diagnosis with depression. 2. Participant who was refused to participate in this study.
