Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consenting pregnant women above 18 years with term pregnancy with vertex presentataion women proceeding for caesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MALPRESENTATION,MAL POSITIONS, PRETERM,OBSTRUCTED LABOUR , SEVERE ANEMIA, SEVERTE ADHESIONS (POST SURGERY)
