Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rockwood Type 3 Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation in X-ray of bilateral acromioclavicular joint in Zanca view 2. Age group 18-35 years 3. Duration of injury within 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any associated fracture and rotator cuff injury 2. Any previous shoulder surgery 3. Local infection around the shoulder 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases 5. Local corticosteroid injection within 8 weeks 6. Thrombocytopenia 7. Haemodynamic instability
