Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males or females aged 18-60 years coming to the medical setting at PHC or Medical college

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are health care workers 2. Psychiatric patients. 3. Patients with hearing loss
