Inclusion criteria: Overhead sports participation(badminton, squash, bowlers) Athlete Identity Measurement Scale (AIMS) scoring Passing a physical screening (shoulder, elbow, wrist assessment)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any orthopedic or neurological condition reported by the participants recently. Any reported surgery within 6 months Unable to follow the commands
