Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA-PS: I, II Primary unilateral TKA via medial parapatellar approach, by a single surgeon, done under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal or unable to give consent. Contraindication to regional anaesthesia. Patients with advanced respiratory and cardiac insufficiency. Known allergy to any of the drugs used in this study. Revision/complex TKA, bilateral TKA.
