Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 25 to 60 years (Male and Females). 2. Participants who have a sedentary office desk-job (Spend approximately 70% of work time seated). 3. Participants who have an occupational sedentary time of 6 to 8 hours. 4. Participants willing to incorporate short walking breaks during work hours for the study duration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with known disabilities that interfere with your daily activities. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. On a stringent diet or physical activity regime.
