Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 3 to 10 years Weighing 10 TO 30 kg American Society of Anaesthesiologists ASA physical status I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with active upper respiratory tract infections, significant pulmonary disease syndromic babies known history of and or suspicion of a difficult airway abnormal anatomy of the airway cervical spine disease silicone allergy gastrointestinal tract disease or and patients for whom the procedure was not approved by their legal guardians will be excluded from the study.
