Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients of renal stones requiring PCNL according to standard guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy Patients with abnormal anatomy of collecting system. Patient not fit for surgery and not willing to give consent.
