Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group between 16 to 70 years. 2. Patients who are suffering from second degree of haemorrhoids will be considered for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 I, III and IV degree of piles 2 Arsha associated with carcinoma rectum, thrombosed and strangulated piles, rectal prolapse, fistula in ano and fissure in ano 3 Hepatitis B, HIV and HCV positive cases 4 Patients having uncontrolled systemic disease such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus etc, malignancy of any organ and pregnant women will also be excluded

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome will be measured by parameters: 1. Bleeding per anus 2. Pain in anal region 3. Number of pile mass 4. Size of pile massTimepoint: Outcome will be evaluated every 7th day for 3 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Mucous discharge 2.constipationTimepoint: Outcome will be evaluated every 7th day for 3 week
