Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having Insomnia severity index score greater than 8. Patient having sign and symptoms of Anidra. Patient fit for Nasya. Patients of either sex, aged between 18-60 years irrespective of caste, religion, socio-economic and educational status. Patient who had not participated in any research work since last six months will be included. Patients who are willing to participate in trial and ready to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient not willing to participate in trial acute illness such as CVA,MI,COPD,epilepsy thyroid disorders systemic diseases preagnat women lactating mothers
