Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the consenting patients of 18 years and above who give a reliable history of oral ingestion of organophosphorus compounds, attending casualty or getting admitted within 24 hours of ingestion in medicine ward or medicine intensive care unit of DMIHER Wardha
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusing informed consent 2. Patients who have exposure to poisonous and compounds other than organophosphorus 3. Patients with severe chronic comorbidities, including liver cirrhosis, symptomatic heart failure (New York Heart Association class III or IV), end stage chronic kidney disease (on regular hemodialysis) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 4. Patients suffering from malignancies
