Intervention1: Mc Ardle step test: Mc Ardle Step test requires participants to step up and down on a stepper of 16.25 inches at a rate of 24 steps per minute for men and 22 steps per minute for women

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic healthy subjects (Both males and females) Both males and females. Age group : 15 to 29 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having any history of systemic, medical, musculoskeletal disease, cardiovascular disease, neuropsychological disease or surgery that can affect the outcome of the study. Subjects Unwilling to participate Subjects on drugs that can affect the outcome of the study Smokers. Alchoholic.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
I ) Step count iii) VO2 max iv) SpO2 % v) Modified Borg Scale vi) BP (mmHg) and Double product at baseline and post exercise. Timepoint: Baseline measurement before starting the test and after completion of the test. The same measurements will be taken when the test is repeated.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
i) Flexibility - It is tested by Sit and Reach Test. ii) Body composition ( Height, Weight, BMI, Waist to Hip Ratio, Waist Circumference, Body Surface Area (BSA). iii) Level of Physical Activity -International Physical Activity Questionnaire will be used. iv) Sleep quality -Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Timepoint: Baseline
