Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with sign and symptoms like pain while swallowing / difficulty in swallowing fever malaise headache 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other complications such as acute retropharyngeal abscess pharyngeal abscess otitis media etc. Patient who need surgical intervention. Pregnant & Lactating woman. Patient suffering from any other co-morbidities like severe hypertension malignancy heart diseases asthma.
