Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of either sex between age group 10-16 years 2) Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children having any other known underlying chronic health conditions like CKD CLD and other systemic illnesses like Typhoid Gastroenteritis and Hepatitis 2) Children with any medications that may interfere with study outcomes like Antibiotics Steroids and Appetizers 3) Children with any known Psychological disorders like ADHD Autism 4) Diseases that require salt restriction like nephrotic syndrome hypertension 5) Children with Postinfection phases like viral fever fever of bacterial origin of less than 15 days
