Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Females having irregular menstruation 2.Sleep disturbances. 3.Young female adults will be included. 4.Who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PCOS 2.Females under any medication. 3.past surgery (6 months) 4.Psychiatry issue .

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time of ovulation and level of LH at the time of full moon .Timepoint: 2 timepoints. Pre assessment at the time of full moon. Post assessment at the time of full moon after 60 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Condition of sleep at different phase of moon .Timepoint: 5 timepoints. One at the time of full moon before the intervention begins .Three during the intervention process among that two at the time of new moon and one at the time of full moon . Fifth at the time of full moon after the end of intervention .
