Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to sign the consent form. Patients between the age group of 20-70 years of either sex. Patients presenting with clinical features of Gridhrasi. Patients with chronicity of disease less than 3 years. Patients fit for marma therapy[Kukundara and Katikataruna]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 20 years and above 70 years of age will be excluded. ? Patients not fit for marma therapy. Patients with chronicity of disease more than 3 years. TB of the spine, auto-immune disorders associated with lumbar pain. Diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neoplastic disorders, myelopathy
