Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those subjects whose lab values fall under the criteria for pancytopenia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who received blood transfusion in the past 1 month (will be excluded from reticulocyte indices calculation ) 2) Those subjects who have received treatment ( folate, B12 and iron supplments)prior to admission (will be excluded from reticulocyte indices calculation) 3) Chemotherapy/radiotherapy induced pancytopenia 4)Diagnosed cases of malignancy, leukemia undergoing treatment. 5) Patients with terminal illness
