Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Playing at state level 2.Playing from last 3 years 3.No previous practice on plyometric training from last 6 months. 4.BMI: 18.1 to 24.9 (kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pain in lower extremity at the time of testing. 2.Recent musculoskeletal injuries (in last 6 months as reported by athletes) 3.History of any major systemic disease (in last 6 months as reported by athletes) 4.Ligament reconstruction surgery (in last 1 year as reported by athlete)
