Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. State-level basketball players (18 years or above) 2. At-least 2 year of basketball experience. 3. No previous practice on plyometric training 4. BMI- 18.5 to 24.9 (kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain in lower extremity at the time of testing. 2. Participant with ACL, hamstring, meniscus, ankle or any other lower-extremity injuries associated with diminished dynamic balance during last three years. 3.History of lower extremity surgery in 6 months before testing. 4. Systemic disease: history of systemic disease hampering plyometric training in last one year.
