Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient needing central venous catheterisation for any indication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infection at puncture site, deranged coagulation profile, contralateral pneumothorax, cervical spine trauma , pt on warfarin or heparin less than 12 hours
