Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study required participants to be between the ages of 25 and 50 years. Cognitive function was assessed using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), with a minimum score of 24 required for eligibility. Additionally, participants needed to have a muscle manual testing (MMT) score of 3 or more. Informed consent was obtained in writing, and only those who were considered healthy, as determined by the SF-12 health survey, were included in the study.
