Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having low back pain associated with stiffness. 2 Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, occupation, socio-economic status. 3 Patients fit for basti therapy. 4 Those who are willing to undergo the therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Below 18 of year age and above 60 yrs. 2 Those who are not willing to give consent. 3 Patients unfit for basti therapy. 4 Patients suffering from chronic cardiac diseases, malignancy, uncontrolled DM, uncontrolled HTN, CVA, CKD, HIV, anorectal diseases etc. 5 Pregnant and lactating women.
