Intervention1: Individualized homeopathic medicine: In globules in suitable potency based on susceptibility of the participant two dose of medicince for 15 days once for 6 months oral administaration

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group From 20 to 50 Years Both Male And Female Diagnosed cases Of Urolithiasis Will be included Patients with renal calculi of size = 8mm and = 15mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women patients who have complicated systemic illness immunological disease recurrent attack of UTI and kidney related diseases who are taking chronic long standing medicines for medical and surgical conditions patients who need surgical intervention for urolithiasis cases without three follow ups will be excluded from this study
