Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 70 years of either sex American society of anaesthesiology (ASA) grade I and II posted for elective surgery Under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation

| we will assess upper lip bite test and grade it accordingly and do usg guided vocal cord thickness . will compare both of this to come to a conclusion pre operatively if whether the intubation will be diffiult or not and then intraoperatively will grade it with cormack lahene. by doing so we can assess pre operatively whether the case requires any additional diffuclt intubation settings or preparation to be done.Timepoint: 1 year and 6 months | — |
