Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with nephrotic syndrome relapses with moderate to severe edema who will give informed consent or assent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children less than 1 year and more than 15 years, no baseline weight records in last 3 months, presentation with hypovolemia, sepsis, shock, Known ototoxicity to Furosemide or Torsemide, Known hypersensitivity to Furosemide or Torsemide, severe hyponatremia at admission, Anuria in last 12 hours of admission, Not willing to give informed consent or assent
