Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with clinical features of Cholelithiasis. viz. pain in upper right quadrant of the abdomen, referring pain to the inferior angle of right scapula, vomiting, nausea, flatulent dyspepsia Asymptomatic patients who are diagnosed to have Cholelithiasis accidentally by USG abdomen or X-ray. Patients of either sex with multiple stones which are 4mm -20mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from other systemic disorders and condition which interfere with the treatment and requiring surgical intervention will be excluded. Patients with gall stones associated with complications, such as acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, liver failure, carcinoma of gall bladder and any other pathological condition Stones present in cystic duct and common bile duct presenting with the sign jaundice. Immune compromised patients.
