Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with biopsy proven oral squamous cell carcinoma age group between 40-65 years with Stage T4a and T4b

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of earlier radiotherapy 2.Second primary cancers 3.Patients with tumour bleed, tumour encasing major blood vessels 4.Hypersensitivity to 5-aminolevulinic acid 5.Oral malignancies that have recurred after treatment.
