Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neonates aged from 26 weeks of gestational age up to 1 month post gestation. 2.Stable neonates with mother. 3.Sick neonates who are being subjected for central venous access.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates with lesions over the neck 2.Neonates with congenital deformities of the neck 3.Neonates with suspected chromosomal abnormalities 4.Neonates with suspected clavicle fracture / Erbs palsy 5.Extremely restless neonates
