Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical Lakshanas of Ardhavabhedaka and symptoms of migraine. Presence of Ardhashirashula(Unilateral Headache), Pakshat,Dashaat (Episodic nature),Toda,Bhedvat Shula(pricking,pulsating type of pain) along with any of the following symptoms: Theevravedana (Moderate to severe intensity) Headache lasting for 4-72 hours Akasmat(onset without cause) Photophobia Nausea or vomiting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients already diagnosed with other Systemic Diseases. Patient who are contraindicated for Nasya karma. Patient suffering from other forms of headaches other than Ardhavabhedaka Headache secondary to Meningitis,Tumor,Encephelitis,Spondylosis,or any other Intercranial lesions and refractive errors. Migraine associated with ophthalmic complications.
